Whats Not to Love - Days 21 -22 -23 -24

Day 21:
I love this picture simply because it makes me smile.  Everyone anxiously awaiting Daddy to get home from work.

Day 22:

I love that he loves grapes and will choose them over anything else.

Day 23:

I'm having a love affair with my cast iron skillet.  Our grandparents cooked with it.  Our parents cooked with it.  Then we said it takes too much effort to care for a cast iron skillet so forget it.  But then when you watch too much Food Network like I do and all they cook with is cast iron, you start to experiment.  And at long last you break down and say, "Wow.  My parents knew what they were talking about.  Cooking with cast iron is awesome."

Day 24:

First of all, let me say that I did not take this picture.

This is the view of the Detroit skyline from the Caeser Windsor Casino in Canada.  I love little weekend getaways without the children.  Going up to Canada feels like you're miles away from home on a different continent when in reality, you're just a river and two hours away.
