This book is quite the change from what I've been reading recently.
Instead of an adult non-fiction book, I chose a teen fiction novel.
This young adult trilogy is actually three years old but as a Children's Librarian this set never crossed my path. It was while watching a movie one day that this most peculiar preview came on that just so happened to be based on a book that caught my attention. As I have protested many times before, I long to find the time to read the book before watching the movie! Well, I finally decided that the time is now. I will read the book for this awesome looking movie before heading to the theatre (or more like waiting for it to come out on DVD and borrowing it from the library) and I did just that. Now off to read books 2 and 3 in case the director decides to ruin the series by combining all three books into one movie. 'Cause you know, movie directors like to do things like that.
