5 cans tomato sauce

4 quarts tomatoes

1 load of laundry

3 sink fulls of dishes

2 naps

15-ish taste tests

and 7.5 hours later

I have plenty of meat sauce to freeze for easy spaghetti, chili or lasagna meals on those snowy winter nights.
