I bought a turkey last Thanksgiving and threw it in my freezer. The plan was to bake him up over the winter months and enjoy various meals until it was turkey time again. Well, it is almost turkey time now and Mr. Tom is still sitting in my freezer. I guess that means its time to experiment with new brines and cooking techniques so this years bird can be the best yet!
